Executive Protection and Event Coordination
New York, United States
We supported a Fortune 100 Company as they hosted their annual Corporate Investor Day with analysts, media, and employees in attendance. Coordinating and planning with event, marketing, media, and security teams, we managed the logistics components and provided Executive Protection support to the Leadership Team. With numerous vehicles and drivers required for the event, we acted as the focal point for all movements and ensured all drivers knew where they needed to be with external meetings scheduled. Our role during this event was to help the company teams to focus on their individual responsibilities without the added stress of logistics.

Event, Transportation, and Security Support
Las Vegas, United States
Having been asked to support a visit to the first Formula one race in Las Vegas, and with a good amount of lead time to plan and prepare, we worked on a ground transportation and security plan for a New York based telecommunications company who would be hosting meetings and events at F1. Working with numerous teams within the company, from the Head of Events to Event Managers, tedcap formulated a plan that would require 12-vehicles for staff and Executives who would be visiting various locations for meetings and events as well as the race. This entailed a lot of moving parts over the course of 5-days as we managed all drivers and ensured each were designated with their primary passengers and daily agendas.
